Middle of the Week

This middle of the week finds me...

...taking pictures with my iPhone due to a dead camera battery.

...happy with the quality- And the fun effects!

...reminding myself (again) to get these pictures off my phone and into the hands of those we love.

...wondering if anyone has mastered the task of organizing- and using- All their digital pictures?

...remembering all the digital video footage we've collected since Isia was a baby, hidden away on an external hard drive. Someday.

...sparing you pictures of ripped out tub tiles and gaping holes in our kitchen ceiling.

...anticipating some up-coming appointments that should leave them fixed once more.

...enjoying the lull of house showings in the meantime. It's nice to have a bit of a lived-in house again!

...appreciating my extra help these days- he wields a mean vacuum (wink).

...seeking to stay creative- and present- during this busy house-selling season.

...benefiting from some timely advice in our G+ Creative Kids Community. Leaving art materials out has not only helped the littles initiate creative time for themselves, but inspired me too.

...starting with just crayons and paper for now, perfect for toddler drawing- and throwing...

Wishing you a wonderful middle of the week!

  2. Ah, paper pieces. Every.Where. I can't seem to get away from it! ;0 You know, I'm all for the creativity but I just wish they'd clean up after themselves! It's never-ending. Especially now that my 11 year old is sewing on her own? Scrap fabrics, thread, needles out of the pincushion?!?! *grumble* ... but it does make me smile at the same time. :)

Also, I think I saw something on pinterest going around about how to organize your digital photos... hold on... here it is! http://www.lilblueboo.com/2012/11/how-to-organize-and-print-years-worth-of-photos.html hope that helps!
