{Creative Mama} Gluten-Free Orange-Cranberry Dip

Ah, the holiday scramble! Has it found you yet? I am starting to feel it a bit, especially with the holiday gifts that still need to find themselves to my sewing machine. And decorations that still need hung. And a few house projects that I'm trying to finish as well. With everything to be done, this quick and easy dip from my friend Lynnsy has become our holiday fuel lately. It may or may not have become lunch one day too (ahem). Quick & easy enough for kids to make, we're sure your household will enjoy it too!

Gluten-Free Orange-Cranberry Dip Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/3-1/2 cup of Orange Marmalade*
  • 1/4 cup Pecans, Toasted & chopped
  • 1/3 cup Dried Cranberries

Mix all the ingredients together, and refrigerate until ready to serve with your favorite crackers. We tripled this for the Thanksgiving holidays, and ended up- between all our family gatherings- eating it all! You can optionally garnish with pecans &/or dried cranberries to make it extra festive.
*Depending on how sweet you like it, we use somewhere in the middle. A bit less if I'm preparing it, a bit more if I have a little helper measuring for me (wink).

Snack-time, and last minute holiday party offerings, just got so much easier. Let the refueling begin!
