The mobile is finished & hung with care over the changing table. The joys of a tall husband to assist with the hanging! I had originally planned to sew & stuff the birds, but with little success. What worked out much better was layering multiple fabrics, then sewing the bird shape onto the fabric using a stencil I created. After sewing the bird shape I cut them out & hung them from a branch I cut from a tree at my grandmother's years and years ago.
